A New Coat

My dad bought me a new coat for the winter. It's got a faux fur collar and down and feathers inside and a great warm fleece pile that's next to my fur.

So Sam, what do you think?

Well dad, it's very nice and cosy...

But it's a little warm for today.

Let's go home and get the lighter jacket. Okay Sam. But the jacket does look good on you buddy.

    1. Hi Chester and family, we're all doing fairly well up here. It's getting colder though, maybe 35 degrees during the day. We had a little dusting of snow the other day. Good time to have a down coat. Thanks for stopping by Chester.

  8. Love your new coat Sammy! It's beautiful and looks SO warm. I've been wanting to get/make a coat for our new furry daughter dog who doesn't have the same thick double coat our Eskies did.
    Blessings,
    Aimee

  9. Thank you for coming by when we lost our Buddy. It's been a while, so we're a bit late, but your kind comment was appreciated.

If you're in the US, Happy Thanksgiving!

    1. Hi, it's never ever easy. For usm it's been more than 13 years, but we still miss our first "kids" a great deal. We've got some more furry kids now but the ache is still there. Happy Thanksgiving.
