Our CDN$ is tanking Sam!!!!

Hey Sam, our great Canadian dollar is only worth about 54 cents in the United States. So your treats and stuff are going to cost us a lot more  money.

You might have to get a job as a greeter in one of those big box stores.

    1. That's not good. We'll have to hope that things go up soon before we have to order more treats from the USA

  3. I think that means I can come buy tons of really good Canadian dog treats for dirt cheap--or do I have that backwards? On my way, as soon as the snow lets up and I can get out of my driveway.

Don't go to work for the Man, Sam--it's just not worth it! The best things in life don't fluctuate with the exchange rate.

    1. Hi Kirsten, you're right. It does mean that your USD$ is worth about $1.46 to our $1 CDN. So come on across the border and buy some treats.

  4. Of course we have a trip to the US next week . . . When we booked it nearly a year ago we didn't predict this. Fortunately we had saved extra $$$ for it. To better dollar days!

  12. Does Chewy deliver to Canada? If they do, maybe you can get a job as a reviewer. Then you could get free treats in exchange for a review.

    1. Hmm...we order from Chewy. They deliver to a service on the USA side and my dad drives there to pickup the parcel and then he drives it to our home in Canada. It's a 45 minute trip each way. Thanks for stopping by.
