Nice Stuff I See On The Ground

I thought that I should add a more descriptive title or else C (Stella and Rory's mom might think I was referring to poops). Ha, ha, ha. Anyways, it's sunny today but it's super windy and very cool. The weather guy said that the winds will be between 30 and 40 miles per hour (50 - 70 kms/hour) today so I think that we should go get my coat. Here's my wind-blown look.

Getting back to the theme of our post, here are my tracks in the morning grass.

What did you find dad?

Oh cool. A little robin egg shell. Hope Spring is on its way wherever you are.

1000 Yard Stare

Hey dad, how come you have that "1,000 yard stare" again? It's just stuff Sam.
Things change. circumstances, people, even furry kids change.

Hmmm...will I ever change dad? No Sam, you'll always be the same.
That's good, huh dad? Yes Sam, that is good.

Okay, let's hurry along. Mom's making breakfast. Okay Sam, let's get going.

Yikes, I'm Getting Lasered!!!

Hi everyone, I've been getting laser treatments for well over a year now. The treatments are meant to relieve the tightness in my chest, repair some soft tissue damage and help relieve a bit of arthritis in my front legs.

And of course,  there's my chronic itchy ears. My ears are really long and  sometimes moisture gets trapped in there and they get red and itchy. And because my rear legs don't work very well, scratching is not an option so my mom and dad will squirt in Surolan to relieve the redness and  itchiness.

But the laser is really nice and doesn't leave ointment in my ears. The laser heats things up and kills the bacteria. My friend Gail, who is a registered vet comes once a month and does five areas on my furry body.

Let's do my ears- "Take 1".
Dr. Gail does both ears, the "outside" flap first.

Let's do my ears - "Take 2".
Then Gail does the inside or "under the flap" and shines the laser down my ear canal.

Then she does my back.

A little to the right please.

Left leg and ankle.

Right leg and ankle.

Feeling fine now, thank you Auntie Gail. See you in a month.

I Met A New Cat

My dad took me around the neighbourhood for a walk and I got to meet a new cat. This little fellow is Dexter, and that's Dexter's mom petting Tuvia. Apparently Dexter had a "brother" who was a dog, so Dexter thinks he's a dog too. But unfortunately, Dexter's dog brother passed away and now it's just Dexter.

Anyways, I'm going to check Dexter out.

Hey, where are you going?

Hmm... doesn't smell like chicken !!!
